Inner Thigh Workouts
The inner thighs are a group of muscles that run along the inside of the thigh from the pubic region all the way down to the inner knee. They're formally called the Adductors and they perform the action of crossing the leg across midline. So if you were to cross your leg or squeeze a ball between your knees, you'd be performing adduction.
